The Sabden Way

A Circular Walk Round the Beautiful Sabden Valley - 9 miles
The walk starts at the rose gardens situated at the centre of the village next door to Sabden Primary School by the Whalley/Clitheroe-Padiham junction. From here proceed up Clitheroe Road towards the Nick of Pendle. After 50 yards or so you will notice on the right the 'Old Chapel House', originally the Baptist Chapel, opened in 1911 and paid for by donations from the people of the village. It was sold in 1984 before conversion into a private dwelling. Old Chapel House
