The Sabden Way

A Circular Walk Round the Beautiful Sabden Valley - 9 miles
 New Hall Cottages Readwood Riding School is to the right, the farmhouse of which dates from the 1400s. Cross the stile and walk a 45 degree angle across to the right top corner alongside the wood which is on the left. You will now cross the old Roman road. Walk up the hill to the stile straight ahead into the wood and walk down to another stile into New Hall Riding School farm yard. Turn left towards New Hall cottages and just before the cottages cross the stile on your left. Proceed towards the corner of Shady Walks Wood which faces you.
