King Bee's home, the Beehive on Whalley Road, Sabden, became the party committee rooms.  The campaign waggon was the family car, an environmentally friendly vehicle fuelled with 'Bee Pee' unleaded and sporting a personalised number plate which read "BBZ ZZZZ'' when viewed myopically.
